Annual Trip 2024!
Drum roll please…. This year we are going to Marion Holiday Park for our annual trip.
Members have started to plan the activities and locations that we will go to. Keep an eye on our socials for more updates.
Minlaton Show Stall
YPLO will be holding a stall at the SYP Minlaton show again this year. Our members will be selling trees, woodshed stock and Cricut creations, as well as much more. We cannot wait to be part of such a brilliant community event. See you there!
Market Stall : Raising money for the Hutt Street Centre
YPLO will be holding a market stall at the back of the hall on the 7th of August from 11am-3pm. We will be donating 50% of the days takings to the Hutt Street Centre in conjunction with the ‘walk a mile in my boots’ challenge. The group will be selling a range of items, including woodshed stock, Cricut creations, coffee and cakes. Come along, support local while also supporting a great cause!
Walk a mile in my boots challenge
This August, YPLO are walking a mile or more a day for people experiencing homelessness
It takes the support of an entire community to help end homelessness.
This August, we are walking a mile each day during National Homelessness Week and joining a caring community raising much needed funds for more than 7,000 people experiencing homelessness in South Australia.

YPLO Christmas Party
NDIS participants and YPLO volunteers and welcomed to join us for our annual Christmas party at the town hall! There will be plenty of food and games organised for a fun filled day!

YPLO Quiz Night 2023
Join us at YPLO’s Quiz Night for a night filled with fun, questions, games and prizes!
Planned and hosted by people living with a disability.
Held at the Minlaton Town Hall, doors open at 5.30pm for a 6pm start.
Attendees are invited to bring snacks and drinks (limited licensed event).
Get a group together for a team of up to 10 people per table.
All funds are going towards offering members attending YPLO’s Annual Trip the opportunity to take part in an exceptional activity and make some amazing memories!
Make sure to bring plenty of gold coins for a fun game of skill and luck with a very nice prize!

YP Leisure Options are putting on a Biggest Morning Tea event, more info to come!
Market Day
Our first Market Day of 2023 will be held on Thursday the 6th of April in the shed at the back of the Minlaton Town Hall. We will have items for sale that have been made in Woodshed and Arts & Crafts Group, as well as trees propagated in trees group! Pasta and coffee made by members will also be available for purchase. All proceeds from the day will go towards our 2023 annual trip to Pt. Lincoln, this will ensure members aren’t out of pocket.
Car Wash Fundraiser
We are holding a car wash to raise funds for our annual trip! More info to come!
