Nutrition, Health & wellbeing


The Cooking Group meets at the Minlaton Town Hall alternative Tuesdays from 10:00am to 2:30pm. Members have the opportunity to try new recipes or refine old favourites, including cooking meals for lunch or dinner and baking tasty treats. Members get to enjoy their creations and take home recipes to share with family and friends.

In 2024 we are trialing a refreshed skills group. We will be looking at the different ways we can improve our health and wellbeing. This will include researching nutrition, mental health and looking at a variety of new activities that we can incorporate into our every day lives.
